My inspiration for writing for children
My 23 years working with children inspired me to write stories that help young readers understand kindness, friendship, and inclusion. I wanted to create books that spark important conversations and remind every child that being different is something to celebrate.
Encouraging kindness and confidence
I hope my books encourage children to be kind, accepting, and confident in who they are, while giving parents and carers a simple way to start meaningful conversations about friendship, empathy, and inclusion.
Fun facts about me
I’m a proud dog mum to two cheeky Chihuahuas and I love turning everyday moments into stories that help children learn about kindness, friendship, and believing in themselves.
