My 9-year-old daughter absolutely ADORED this book!
She's completely dog-mad and this was an instant hit. She read it with the biggest smile on her face and loved how it showed that the best friendships take time, patience, and kindness. She couldn't stop talking about it afterwards! It's already become a bedtime favourite — we've read it three times this week! If your child loves dogs and stories about real friendship, this one is a must. 🐾💛

What a beautiful well told story that I myself as an adult enjoyed reading to my kid's who listened very intensively & asked me to read again & again, which I did as it is so beautifully written & the kindness, compassion & how important friendship/relationships is so important values to teach children especially in this day & age where compassion definitely is more required. Very talented author whom I am certain will publish more beautiful books like this 1. I highly recommend. So very beautiful from start to finish with beautiful pictures & illustrations. Value for money & promised to read my kid's again another evening, which again I look forward to! 5/5 stars 🌟 🤩

I purchased this book for my granddaughters. It’s so well written and illustrated. The girls love it and it teaches them so much about being kind, caring and thoughtful. The author is hugely talented and I’m sure this will be the first of many books she’ll have published. Absolutely 10/10 🤩

Bought this book for my great niece as a "graduation gift" from nursery. If I'm honest I bought it to support the author as a friend, and wasnt too sure what to expect.
When I received it, the first thing that stood out was the quality of illustrations, on reading the book the style of the writing and the "story" blew me away. It was so beautifully written and so very real.
When H read it she just loved it and has now read it 20+ times and is a firm favourite for her bedtime reading. When I asked her why she liked it so much she said "I just want a best friend too" what a recommendation from a 5 year old.

I bought this book to read to my grandkids age 3 and 4 weeks my grandson absolutely loved it and kept asking questions and pointing to the beautiful pictures he loved the story he even had a little cry with emotion thinking the dog was sad bless him then realised the dog was very happy in his new home and the smiles he had mad his day we cant wait to read the next book xxx
